MINDFUL DRINKING RECIPES

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

• 1 bunch of Kale (or spinach)
• 1 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup Banana
• 1 stick pack CENTR Instant Balance
• Top with coconut water
• Pineapple

METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds, or until smooth
2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Lime (juiced)
• 6 oz. Ginger beer
• 8 oz. CENTR Sparkling CBD
• ½ oz. Simple syrup
• Handful of mint leaves to garnish
• Crushed ice

METHOD

1. In the bottom of cup pour the lime juice, simple syrup and CENTR
2. Add mint leaves
3. Fill cup halfway with crushed ice
4. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wheel (serve in wine glass or a copper cup)

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

• 1 oz. Grenadine syrup
• 4 oz. Ginger beer
• 4 oz. CENTR Sparkling CBD
• Maraschino cherry to garnish

METHOD

1. Fill a glass with ice and add grenadine
2. Top off with ginger beer and CENTR Sparkling
3. Garnish with maraschino cherries – the more the merrier
4. Serve in a tall glass

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
• ¼ oz. Lime juice
• ½ oz. Agave syrup
• 6 oz. CENTR Sparkling CBD
• Grapefruit slice to garnish

METHOD

1. Pour grapefruit juice, lime juice and CENTR in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well
2. Top with ½ can of CENTR Sparkling CBD
3. Garnish with grapefruit half moons

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Vodka
• 6 oz. CENTR Sparkling CBD
• Splash of Cranberry juice
• Splash of Lemonade
• Garnish with mint and lemon wheel
• Ice

METHOD

1. Fill mason jar with ice
2. Add Vodka, CENTR Sparkling CBD, cranberry juice and lemonade
3. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wheel

INGREDIENT

• 2 oz. Mezcal
• 3 oz. Ruby red grapefruit juice
• ½ oz. Ginger syrup
• Splash of lime juice
• Topped with CENTR Sparkling CBD
• Garnish with a rosemary sprig

METHOD

1. Rim glass with salt and fill with ice
2. Add Mezcal, grapefruit juice, ginger syrup, lime juice. Stir to combine
3. Top with CENTR Sparkling CBD
4. Garnish with rosemary sprig or lime wheel

INGREDIENT

• 1oz. Hennessy VS Cognac
• 0.5oz. Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
• 1oz. House Red Wine
• 2oz. CENTR Sparkling CBD Drink

METHOD

1. Infuse berries, cinnamon sticks and (halved) red grapes overnight with all ingredients except sparkling water
2. Pour over iced mason jar
3. Garnish with choice of orange slices, strawberries or raspberries (sliced) and red grapes (halved)
